[ansible-project] pyrax is required for this module

Hello,

We are new at ansible, we are trying to run a playbook to connect ansible
with Rackspace cloud, each time we run it we have this error: "pyrax is
required for this module"

but when we try to import Pyrax via python, we get the following error,
